Our specially manufactured microfiber terry inserts are made of 3 layers of soft and very absorbent microfiber. They are chemical free.  The small insert is 12 inches long and the med-large insert is 16 inches long and has been designed to fit perfectly in pocket diapers, one-size diapers, and fitted pocket diapers.  They are a contoured shape for the very best fit.

These hemp inserts are made with 3 layers of hemp french terry making them ultra absorbent while remaining ultra thin.

They are perfect as pocket diaper inserts or as a doubler for flat, or prefold diapers.

Adding a Thirsties Fab Doubler into a Thirsties Pocket All-In-One is simple.  Flip open the pocket of the diaper and insert the doubler.  Reverse the pocket opening and wrap diaper around baby.

When adding to Thirsties Fab Fitted diapers, tuck the doubler into your Thirsties Diaper Cover.  Wrap and fasten your diaper around baby first and then add the doubler and cover.
